Thank you for your interest! All of our positions for 2023 have been filled.
CSA Lead
The CSA Lead will work closely with the farm manager to ensure that the farm meets its production goals and fulfills the needs of its bi-monthly flower and vegetable CSA. Since our CSA program is every other week, the CSA Lead will spend off-weeks harvesting and packing wholesale orders, doing field work, and prepping for the next week’s CSA.
Who’s right for this? Someone with 1-2 years of experience on a working farm that is excited about expanding their production management skills and likes to plan!
Intern
The farm intern will be fully integrated into the farm and will participate in seeding, transplanting, weeding, field maintenance, irrigation, recordkeeping, harvesting, packing, seed-saving, flower production, and more. We will be following a curriculum with set meetings twice a month to review new material in addition to hands-on tutorials in the field. At the beginning of the season, the intern will also have the opportunity to tailor some of their internship to their specific interests and goals.
Who’s right for this? Someone who has a passion for growing food and flowers and is excited about deepening their knowledge of how a production farm works. Previous farming experience is not necessary but the ability to work hard in a variety of outdoor conditions is!
